The story of a family that began 50 years ago

1950s

Our grandparents, Jole and Luigi Gallina bought a shop that sold baked goods and confectionery, and then became a small bakery.

1980s

Their son, Angelo began specialising in the production of top-quality fresh confectionery for the large-scale organised distribution market, founding “Il Dolce Forno.”

2020s

The family’s third generation to join the company has expanded the range of frozen patisserie goods for the international Hospitality market: the result is “Sweetangelo”.

IFS Food

IFS Food certification is the standard that allows us to make careful selections and checks when it comes to suppliers, as well as meaning that our products are able to satisfy the most stringent European standards as required by the Hospitality channel.

Defines the standards for sustainable agriculture, providing monitoring for the production and source of cocoa and clearly tracing the origin of the raw material.
